Hit the mall

You should know that the malls in Dubai are very different compared to other malls in the world. There are more than 65 malls in this city and a lot more coming. Between Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall, you will certainly find tons of incredible things to do and see. There’s nightly fountain show, luxury shopping, the Dubai Mall has an aquarium inside that you can walk through, and an indoor skiing at Mall of the Emirates. When you visit the malls here, be sure that you will dress properly and avoid miniskirts, shorts, or tank tops.

Explore the Marina

You can see a lot of tall buildings around marina area, and it has a gorgeous scenic boardwalk. When you visit this place, you will find a lot of beautiful condominiums, fancy boats, and restaurants and bars overlooking the harbor. Make sure that you will not miss Pier 7, this is a 7-floor building that has bars and restaurants on the water.

Unwind at Jumeirah Beach

the white-sand Jumeirah beach is a perfect place for strolling and sunbathing. This is situated along the coast, south of the historic district of the city. You can see numerous of shops here, and if you’re fond of movies, there is an outdoor movie theater here. This area is not only a perfect place to visit, but it is a perfect place to stay. That is because there are a lot of activities that you can do at Jumeirah Beach. There are barbecue areas, playground for the kids thus, this area is ideal for picnics. However, the beach tends to be busy during weekends so, be sure to visit during weekdays if you don’t want a crowd.

Tour the Jumeirah Mosque

This lovely mosque was opened in the year 1979. This mosque was built in the style of Fatimid, and it has a one large room. There is a tour guide here every day (except on Fridays) at 10am. In visiting here, you’ll have to pay 35 AED but don’t worry because this already includes a good breakfast spread. This tour is pretty interesting most especially if you are not well aware about Islam and its role in UAE.

Visit the Palm Islands

This is a famous palm-tree shaped island that is man-made. Here, you will find a huge shopping walkway, Aquaventure waterpark, the Atlantis resort, and fancy clubs, bars, and restaurants. This area can be exciting to explore during daytime compared to visiting it during at night.

The city of Dubai is truly mesmerizing, but a lot of people tend to miss this fact. So, the next time you travel, make sure that you will not just pick Dubai as your stopover. Instead, choose this beautiful city as your destination.
